In the OMD2 project, I helped transition a fast-moving, AI-assisted prototype into a stable and scalable system ready for real-world use. By migrating the project from a Replit-dependent setup into a standardized pipeline, I reduced platform lock-in and long-term technical risk.
A key part of this work was implementing a custom OAuth authentication flow to replace Replit's built-in auth, giving the product greater control over security, user access, and future integrations. The result was a system that retained rapid development velocity while becoming more resilient, portable, and cost-effective to operate as the product matured.
